I have felt absolutely fantastic for the last week! I'm not sure why--I've noticed that I do feel a surge of energy and WD-40 in my creaky joints a few days immediately following the Humira injection. And I definitely have noticed that I'm disgustingly positive and optimistic on the days on which I do yoga. :-)
Or it could be a combination of those and the beautiful weather we've been having in Chicago, which I'm absolutely determined to enjoy. At any rate, I am feeling as energetic and flexible as I was before my arthritis started to control my life--in short, this week, I've felt about 25, and I'm loving it!
