Heidi Miller is a social media strategist helping organizations build and manage engaged communities and campaigns. As Chief Conversation Officer at Spoken Communications, a speech recognition technology company, she manages both online and offline conversations around speech recognition, contact centers and IVR technology through the company’s blog, Twitter and LinkedIn presence. Miller sits on the board of Social Media Breakfast Seattle and produces the monthly podcast, featuring guests from the social media marketing community.
Miller has trained individuals and organizations alike to strategize and implement effective outreach using a variety of tools, including podcasts, blogs, Twitter, Facebook and Foursquare. She has spoken around the country at marketing conferences, Toastmasters, Social Media 201, graduate classes, career centers, Social Media 201 and New Media Expo.
