Now that the shiny, new car smell has faded off Twitter, marketers, entrepreneurs and enterprises have been left wondering how to use it to achieve measurable results. The answer to that question is as diverse as the organizations asking it; there is no one right answer. Twitter is a tool used to implement a social media strategy, and without a full-blown social media strategy geared towards specific goals and benchmarks, Twitter is, well, fairly useless (even if it is a lot of fun).
For the past two years, I've been writing about Twitter Best Practices, and it's the question I'm asked most often, "How should I use Twitter?" It's not a simple answer, but here are some collected posts to get you started considering how Twitter might work best for you.
